A scholarship is usually a monetary award based on criteria given by the awarding party. It can be given on basis of academic
merit, athletic ability, financial needs or other criteria specific to the group giving the award. For example, there are many
scholarships available for only a specific minority including African Americans minority groups and women. Sometimes college

Quality of Candidates?
As far the Presidential election of 2011 is concerned you have a long list of choices to ponder with;
  • Moerthan 200 political parties;
  • About fifty candidates;
  • Very popular candidates and those known only to their kids and kins;
Democracy is very much about plurality of choice. No cameroonians would lack a choice to make.
The quality of the candidate is what matters to me. Who will deliver the goods? This is a crucial question all voters must ask. Is a candidate experienced enough to continue implementing the ongoing socio economic and political processes or are we voting for someone to come and need to go through the learning or experimental period therby taking us back to level one?
Are we casting our votes infavour of tribalistic, selfish and warlike individuals? My brothers and sisters theses are crucial questions we have to seek answers to before casting our votes.
